Debbie Reynolds, “The Data Diva,” is a world-renowned technologist, thought-leader, and advisor to Multinational Corporations for handling global data privacy, cyber data breach response, and complex cross-functional data-driven projects. Ms. Reynolds is an internationally published author, highly sought speaker, and top media presence about global data privacy, data protection, and legal technology issues. Ms. Reynolds has also been recognized as a Technology Visionary and as a top leader in the Data Privacy and eDiscovery industries worldwide.

Grace is a manager in KPMG US Cyber Security Services, delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Grace specializes in Identity & Access Management (IAM), and leverages her background to implement next-generation IAM capabilities to advance clients' strategic goals. She invests her time leading the KPMG IAM Community Enablement Team and supporting Women in Cyber. Grace gets excited teaching the next generation of talent about IAM, especially her favorite topic, privileged access management. In addition to diversity and inclusion, she promotes authenticity in the workplace and believes authenticity is the foundation for elite teams and delivering exceptional results.

Before joining KPMG, Grace took an unconventional path to cybersecurity and began her career in international affairs at a federal agency. Grace's introduction to digital identity sparked her passion for cybersecurity and IAM. She later led several IAM programs that managed millions of customer and workforce identities. Given the support and opportunities that led to where she currently is, she dedicates her time to share her journey and open the door for those who may look to pivot their career into cybersecurity.

I am an independent consultant and wear a variety of hats in the standards development and identity management spaces. I coordinate various activities in several of groups and projects, including IDPro as their Principal Editor, SeamlessAccess.org as the Program Director, REFEDS as one of the two coordinators, and the Network Startup Resource Center as their technical editor. I have also worked with the Digital ID & Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC), with the Internet Society, and as the RFC Series Editor.

Lisa Coubrough is in-house legal Counsel at Entrust. Entrust is a global leader in identity, payments
and data security solutions. Lisa has, for a number of years, worked for organisations in the identity
management and government space and has developed extensive experience in the industry.

At Entrust Lisa specialises in navigating the complex regulatory landscape which governs Entrust’s
existing technology. Lisa’s work demands that she keep abreast of new technologies, such as AI, and
developments, such as those occurring within IDV. Lisa maintains a thorough understanding of the
emerging legislative framework and regulatory requirements governing these rapidly evolving and
highly technical sectors. Lisa is partnered in projects spanning the globe, her expertise has enabled
her to offer counsel in APAC territories in addition to EMEA regions and her home in the UK. In her
role at Entrust, Lisa supports the business across the full spectrum of commercial activities, she
frequently negotiates on Entrust’s behalf with both customers and suppliers.

Lisa strives to contribute to develop a future where technology is utilised not simply to enhance
security and efficiency, but is also a part of the mechanism that facilitates inclusivity and
accessibility. To this end, Lisa is a member of Entrust’s ‘Women’s Alliance’ group through which she
is actively involved in promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.

Naomi is a Senior Consultant supporting organisations looking to define, develop or deploy a digital identity capability. Naomi has worked on identity and biometrics projects across multiple UK government agencies and the private sector, with experience supporting the development of both policy and technical requirements. Prior to this, Naomi graduated with distinction from the LSE, with a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation where her research focussed on fraud risks and implications for the widespread use of digital identities as outlined by the UK's Digital Identity & Attributes Trust Framework. She previously worked in the USA on digital innovation projects in the advertising space where she led data and measurement initiatives to enhance digital product strategy and ultimately create value for clients and partners.

Razia has spent years developing her skill set in the IDV space working across organisations such as Experian, Jumio, IDnow, and many more. Razia had the pleasure to work with the most well-known gambling/financial services businesses that include the top 9 out of 10 gaming companies in the world.

Razia had the pleasure to travel around the world from Singapore to San Francisco to cover most of Europe. Razia studied Cognitive Science and is also a transformational business coach accredited by both the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching. Razia is currently supporting organisations through her coaching skills and sales experience.

Sabiha is a seasoned IT professional with 28 years of industry expertise, and more than a decade in Identity & Access Management. She has extensive experience in setting up and running large global identity programs. Keeping pace with technology and the changes driving the Identity world is her passion and strives to use this experience in helping solve client problems.
She has a Bachelors degree in Economics & Statistics and Post graduate diploma in computer science & engineering.

Teresa Wu is Vice President of Product Management for IDEMIA. Previously, Ms. Wu served as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Government Relations for MorphoTrak. In the past 17 years, she has actively participated in and led various industry advocacy groups devoted to AFIS technology, facial recognition, and identity and biometric standards. In her current role, Wu is responsible for product management functions for the IDEMIA Identity and Security Business in North America. In 2016, Teresa was recognized for her contribution to the biometric industry and was one of the five recipients of the Women in Biometrics award. Security Industry Association named Teresa as one of the two recipients of the 2017 Statesman Award. She was recognized for her pivotal role in the association advocacy effort, in supporting effective and appropriate use of biometric technology, at the Federal and State levels.

Kat is a Project Management Consultant and is supporting the Women in Identity team with their flagship research project ID code of conduct. Throughout phase 3 Kat will guide the project and help with the smooth delivery of the research.

Jamie is a Senior Technical Program Manager working with organizations to roadmap and build their identity management programs. She has been thriving in the Identity and Access Management space for over 5 years and in project management roles for over 11 years. She has worked with organizations spanning multiple industries and countries including healthcare, finance, technical, media, and retail. She is a well-organized, knowledge craving, relationship building, creative individual. She is passionate about identity management and creating efficiencies and finding better processes using her project management skills.

Tina Baldauf studied business informatics and started her career with a focus on SAP systems.

She soon shifted to the topic of identity and access management, where she has been working on various projects and within different companies ever since.

Winnie is a mission-driven entrepreneur and strategist with a passion for transformative innovation. Through her work at Good Works Collective, a venture/innovation consultancy, she is incubating a start-up focused on simplifying identity and delegation for individuals, families, and financial institutions navigating financial caregiving. Winnie has held a number of executive roles including Operational CFO, Commercial Strategy, as well as Chief of Staff at one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. She is an alum of the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Rotman School of Management and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Outside of her professional life, she juggles raising two energetic boys, serves as Board Chair of a community-based mental health service agency, and has shared her love of storytelling as a former TEDx speaker.

Sabrina Gross serves as the Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships at Veridas. For the past 5 years, Sabrina has worked with global banks, telcos, and insurance companies, heading up customer success teams to streamline and supercharge their engagement.
