While much is discussed about the need for inclusion and the size and depth of issues emanating from a lack of diversity in the digital identity space, there is little actual guidance as to how best to tackle these issues. Women in Identity, therefore, is seeking to conduct a piece of research that will lead to the creation of a Code of Conduct/Guiding Principles and an Implementation Framework to support organizations working in the field. These research outputs are intended to give identity organizations a practical and pragmatic guide to adopting a more diverse and inclusive approach to their product development.
