Phase 4 - ID Code Of Conduct Principles  (IN PROGRESS)

The ID Code of Conduct Principles (Phase 4) is a set of evidenced guiding principles based on consultation and design & development workshops and 121 interviews with experts.

The development of the International ID CoC Principles is phase 4 of a six-phased program of research. The work is funded by sponsors of the ID Code of Conduct Research.

 

What are the ID Code of Conduct Principles?
A set of guiding principles that highlight end-user requirements - that in turn will help satisfy a good end-user experience FOR ALL and assure good representation within identity product teams.

The Code of Conduct will be based on consultation with key influencing organizations across different cultures, ages, genders, financial backgrounds, and ethnicity, And consultation with solution providers on what guidance they need to support them, by way of a series of round table workshops and 121 expert interviews.

The output principles will be gathered in a report that evidences the rationale for the principles, along with quotations and citations gathered from the round tables and interviews.

 

Who will use the ID Code of Conduct Principles?
ID Code of Conduct (Phase 4) - CEOs, CROs, CTOs, CPOs, Compliance/Risk functions responsible for standards across the organization and CX, UX, Service Designers and product team leads responsible for the design, development, build and testing of identity solutions.
