Kay Chopard is Women in Identity US Ambassador and Executive Director of the Kantara Initiative, a nonprofit corporation. The Kantara Initiative is a unique global ‘commons’ that operates conformity assessment, assurance and grant of Trust Marks against de-jure standards under its Trust Framework program while at the same time nurturing ‘beyond-the-state-of-the-art’ ideas and developing specifications to transform the state of digital identity and personal data agency domains.

Ms. Chopard is the former President and CEO of Chopard Consulting based in the Washington, DC metro area and is the founder of the Women’s Leadership Institute. She has more than 30 years’ experience in executive leadership in government, nonprofit, and business organizations in the DC area where she has a reputation as a transformative leader who has led organizations through launch, transition, and sustainability to deliver game-changing results.  She excels at building networks and collaborations that overcome systemic cultural norms and empowers diverse and inclusive teamwork. She has led several organizations including the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA), Identity Ecosystem Steering Group (IDESG), National Criminal Justice Association (NCJA), and served as Acting Division Chief and lead program manager at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), U.S. Department of Transportation.

As the Senior Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations, Analytics & Governance, Rola leads a global team consisting of various pillars with respective responsibilities supporting Lines of business across RBC & its subsidiaries through the administration of internal user access, user account configuration in CyberArk, management of Access Manager one of RBC’s key IAM Systems and driving a clear Identity Governance model based on data & analytics designed to reduce risk and increase compliance.

With over 15 years of work experience, she found her passion early on for problem solving & assisting technology users with various challenges and saw first-hand the critical role technology & innovation plays in transforming end user experiences in a positive & meaningful way.

Prior to her current role, Rola served as Senior Director, Enterprise Security Access Management where she drove automation of existing manual procedures leading to a reduction in manual cycles spent on redundant tasks enabling her to create new opportunities for more important work for her team building on their existing skillset & supporting their career growth. She then took on an expanded role as the Senior Director, On-boarding & Access Request Provisioning partnering with various stakeholders across the enterprise to initiate IAM Service Integration for RBC applications while supporting various lines of business through granting user access to select applications.

Angelika Steinacker has extensive Security and Identity & Access Management experience, with 30 years in security, and 20 years with a focus on IAM.
In her current role as CTO for IAM with IBM Security Europe, she is working on strategic topics like IAM for IoT and IAM with and for Blockchain as well as a trusted advisor for clients.

Angelika is a regular speaker and writer sharing her expertise and experience on Security and IAM. She is a member of WiD, and a member and mentor of IBM Women in Security Excelling (WISE).

She earned a diploma in Mathematics with a minor in Physics and she holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a topic in Cryptography from J. Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany.

In her free time, she likes hiking in the Alps, cycling and cross-country skiing.

Teresa Wu is Vice President of Product Management for IDEMIA. Previously, Ms. Wu served as Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and Government Relations for MorphoTrak. In the past 17 years, she has actively participated in and led various industry advocacy groups devoted to AFIS technology, facial recognition, and identity and biometric standards. In her current role, Wu is responsible for product management functions for the IDEMIA Identity and Security Business in North America. In 2016, Teresa was recognized for her contribution to the biometric industry and was one of the five recipients of the Women in Biometrics award. Security Industry Association named Teresa as one of the two recipients of the 2017 Statesman Award. She was recognized for her pivotal role in the association advocacy effort, in supporting effective and appropriate use of biometric technology, at the Federal and State levels.

Kimberly Sutherland, Vice President of Fraud and Identity Strategy at LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, leads the North American commercial market for consumer fraud analytics, identity verification, authentication and fraud investigations. Her oversight also includes the ThreatMetrix, Emailage, ID Analytics and BehavioSec fraud and identity product lines.

Kim joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience leading business strategy, product management, and professional services.

Kim serves as a board member of Women in Identity an participates in the Better Identity Coalition and the Open Identity Exchange (OIX). She is the past Plenary Chair of the Identity Ecosystem Steering Group (IDESG) and advisory board member of the University of Texas – Center for Identity. Kim is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Otterbein University.

Louise is currently the research lead for the non-profit organisation, Women in Identity, where she is currently driving the organisation’s flagship research project to build a Global ID Code of Conduct that will drive inclusion in digital identity systems. Louise is also the Deputy Director for Data, Insight & Fraud at the Government Digital Service, where she is helping to deliver the cross-government digital identity solution, GOV.UK One Login.

Louise has previously worked in highly analytical roles across both public and private sector. She co-founded the Corporate Innovation Forum in 2017, and is passionate about utilising data and technology to drive fairer outcomes for consumers, as well as helping businesses make better and more informed decisions.

Louise is also an advocate for the promotion of STEM education and careers to young people, and volunteers with a number of charities focused on increasing participation of under-represented groups in STEM subjects and professions. Her background is in chemistry, and she completed her PhD in materials science at the University of Manchester in 2013.

Melissa Carvalho, RBC Global Cyber Security Vice President, leads the bank’s Global Identity and Access Management group, providing cyber solutions and services for RBC’s 86,000 employees and 17 million clients.

Melissa graduated from Queen’s University with both a B.ScH and a B.Ed. She is a results-driven professional recognized for successfully delivering critical, high-risk initiatives for large organizations. She is known as an adept and innovative leader with 20 years’ experience in managing all aspects of information technology, including business needs impact assessments, software development and infrastructure implementations. Melissa consistently leads and motivates individuals to maximize productivity while managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

Throughout her career, Melissa has developed and implemented identity strategies to promote organizational growth and improve operational efficiency, including implementing Identity Programs at Canada’s five major banks and consulting on over 50 IAM programs across North America.

I am an independent consultant and wear a variety of hats in the standards development and identity management spaces. I coordinate various activities in several of groups and projects, including IDPro as their Principal Editor, SeamlessAccess.org as the Program Director, REFEDS as one of the two coordinators, and the Network Startup Resource Center as their technical editor. I have also worked with the Digital ID & Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC), with the Internet Society, and as the RFC Series Editor.

Naomi is a Senior Consultant supporting organisations looking to define, develop or deploy a digital identity capability. Naomi has worked on identity and biometrics projects across multiple UK government agencies and the private sector, with experience supporting the development of both policy and technical requirements. Prior to this, Naomi graduated with distinction from the LSE, with a Master’s in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation where her research focussed on fraud risks and implications for the widespread use of digital identities as outlined by the UK's Digital Identity & Attributes Trust Framework. She previously worked in the USA on digital innovation projects in the advertising space where she led data and measurement initiatives to enhance digital product strategy and ultimately create value for clients and partners.

She’s researched and authored identity white papers and supported the digital transformation in health, finance, entertainment, government, travel, start-ups and fintechs. She’s an agile coach and has 20 years experience advising organisations about digital and identity inclusion. She founded a digital agency in 2003 to help organisations to transform, innovate and grow.

Sabiha is a seasoned IT professional with 28 years of industry expertise, and more than a decade in Identity & Access Management. She has extensive experience in setting up and running large global identity programs. Keeping pace with technology and the changes driving the Identity world is her passion and strives to use this experience in helping solve client problems.
She has a Bachelors degree in Economics & Statistics and Post graduate diploma in computer science & engineering.

Lisa Coubrough is in-house legal Counsel at Entrust. Entrust is a global leader in identity, payments
and data security solutions. Lisa has, for a number of years, worked for organisations in the identity
management and government space and has developed extensive experience in the industry.

At Entrust Lisa specialises in navigating the complex regulatory landscape which governs Entrust’s
existing technology. Lisa’s work demands that she keep abreast of new technologies, such as AI, and
developments, such as those occurring within IDV. Lisa maintains a thorough understanding of the
emerging legislative framework and regulatory requirements governing these rapidly evolving and
highly technical sectors. Lisa is partnered in projects spanning the globe, her expertise has enabled
her to offer counsel in APAC territories in addition to EMEA regions and her home in the UK. In her
role at Entrust, Lisa supports the business across the full spectrum of commercial activities, she
frequently negotiates on Entrust’s behalf with both customers and suppliers.

With a breadth of experience, that combines business expertise in payments, cyber & intelligence technology and financial crime risk management, her focus centres on clients’ challenges around Identity and consumer trust to provide current & future proof solutions that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.  Having an identity is crucial and safe-guarding that identity is equally crucial. US Ambassador, Women In Identity Gisselle Cerezo is the Global Vice President for Identity Services at Mastercard focused on Market Commercialisation & Strategy across Identity Verification & Authentication solutions/ services. She has areas of expertise in cyber and intelligence solutions, AML/KYC, and fraud mitigation solutions. Gisselle has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and payments industry including holding various senior level positions at large technology companies and two of the largest US based payment processors. During her tenure she has led high performing global product management teams and global business development teams. She has deep experience and knowledge in fraud, identity, and BSA-AML regulations. She has advised global enterprise companies on deploying best practices and implementing advanced technology.

Kat is a Project Management Consultant and is supporting the Women in Identity team with their flagship research project ID code of conduct. Throughout phase 3 Kat will guide the project and help with the smooth delivery of the research.

Jamie is a Senior Technical Program Manager working with organizations to roadmap and build their identity management programs. She has been thriving in the Identity and Access Management space for over 5 years and in project management roles for over 11 years. She has worked with organizations spanning multiple industries and countries including healthcare, finance, technical, media, and retail. She is a well-organized, knowledge craving, relationship building, creative individual. She is passionate about identity management and creating efficiencies and finding better processes using her project management skills.

Tina Baldauf studied business informatics and started her career with a focus on SAP systems.

She soon shifted to the topic of identity and access management, where she has been working on various projects and within different companies ever since.

Winnie is a mission-driven entrepreneur and strategist with a passion for transformative innovation. Through her work at Good Works Collective, a venture/innovation consultancy, she is incubating a start-up focused on simplifying identity and delegation for individuals, families, and financial institutions navigating financial caregiving. Winnie has held a number of executive roles including Operational CFO, Commercial Strategy, as well as Chief of Staff at one of Canada's largest telecommunications companies. She is an alum of the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Rotman School of Management and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Outside of her professional life, she juggles raising two energetic boys, serves as Board Chair of a community-based mental health service agency, and has shared her love of storytelling as a former TEDx speaker.

Laura Barrowcliff is the Global Head of GBG Trust at GBG, the global leader in identity and location. Laura leads GBG Trust, the global identity network, which combines over 100 million data attributes contributed by a consortium of over 550 businesses covering 24 sectors in over 80 countries, whilst ensuring complete data privacy. 

Charlotte has worked in financial services for over 12 years, in roles from cyber audit to retail banking strategy for over 14 million customers, leading innovation projects as well as strategic partnerships. Her background in technology but also economics, and international finance puts her in a strong position to understand the technical detail but understand the high-level strategic opportunities and challenges which an organisation and its customers face now. Charlotte now has a strong focus on growth within Series A & B companies, as well as early stage ( seed and angel ) investment specifically in female led businesses.

Her work in Identity, started 7 years ago, while auditing the bank IAM programme, then moved to setting up proof-of-concept projects for retail banking customers proving out how open banking can be a good source for identity verification externally. Following this, worked on collaborative industry opportunities, and assessing opportunities for investment within the identity market.

Charlotte has also worked across other emerging technologies like voice, personal data stores, crypto, blockchain, and sees the opportunity for identity to be part of all of these to ensure a safer, but also a more inclusive world.

Sabrina Gross serves as the Regional Director of Strategic Partnerships at Veridas. For the past 5 years, Sabrina has worked with global banks, telcos, and insurance companies, heading up customer success teams to streamline and supercharge their engagement.

Seasoned privacy and security professional with more than 15 years’ experience implementing data protection frameworks, comprehensive security solutions and governance strategies. Andrew is an independent consultant focusing on digital identity, privacy,
cyber security, and corporate governance. He is the Identiverse Conference
Chair, serves as a non-executive member of the board at Curity, and sits on
the UK Advisory Board for Kantara. Andrew has over 25 years' experience in
the software industry in a range of technical sales, pre-sales, product
marketing, business development and corporate governance roles. He
maintains CIPP/E, CIPM and CIPT privacy certifications with the IAPP; a
CIDPRO certification from IDPro; and holds a BA in Oriental Studies
(Japanese) from Oxford University and an advanced professional diploma
in corporate governance. Outside of the world of identity, Andrew holds
several governance roles with the Scouts at both local and county level;
rides regularly with a local road cycling group; and plays keyboard, guitar

Kelly is an Australian-qualified solicitor with 10 years' experience in English law. She specialises in commercial contracts and technology transactions, and advises companies from start-ups to major international brands.

Mrs. Julie Talbot-Hubbard is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with experience leading complex global Fortune 100 organizations through the transformation of information technology, data management, and cybersecurity functions across diverse industry verticals. Through this experience, she understands how companies can strategically leverage innovative technology to grow business revenue while managing cyber risks.

Julie serves as an Advisory Board Member to several venture capital organizations and advises cybersecurity companies on both their go-to-market strategies and product development.

Most recently, Julie served as President of Services and Chief Operating Officer at Cyderes, where she led the organization's go-to-market strategy, services P&L, and core business operations.
